We are almost a half way through the roll-out of the new gTLD (generic top level domains) space. As of April 17, 2015, out of 1930 submitted applications for new gTLDs, 593 have been completed, i.e., delegated – “introduced into Internet.” 551 applications have been withdrawn or otherwise will not proceed. 786 are currently still in the process.
